RivalDocs checks what ChatGPT says when people ask about businesses like yours, and sends you a report. This page lists what we collect to do that, who else touches it, and how to have it deleted. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we collect

We also read the public pages of the website you enter, the same way any visitor would. That is how we learn what the business sells and who it competes with.
How we use it
- To build your report and email it to you. A person reads each report before it goes out.
- To answer your messages.
- To limit the free check to one per website per week, and to stop abuse of the forms.
We do not add you to a mailing list.

We share information when the law requires it. Otherwise, it stays with us and the services above.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.
Deleting your information
Email hello@rivaldocs.com with the website and email address you used, and we will delete your requests, messages and reports. Stripe keeps its own payment records, which we cannot delete.
